Markus Bollhalder
Born on September 1st, 1954. Grew up in St. Gall. Inspiring apprenticeship years as a draughtsman specialised in structural engineering with architect Albert Bayer. Studied at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. 1974: meets August Eberle. Up until 1981: studied architecture at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH). 1981: founded the architectural practice Bollhalder & Eberle. 2000 to 2006: member of the St. Gall City Parliament. Since 2006: member of the St. Gall cantonal parliament. Member of the FHS university council. Father of four children. Yachtsman and a lot more.

August Eberle
Born on May 3rd, 1954. Grew up on his parents’ farm in Häggenschwil. Unforgettable apprenticeship as a draughtsman specisalised in structual engineering at Landwirtschaftliches Bau- und Architekturbüro, St. Gall. Studied at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HTL). 1974: meets Markus Bollhalder. Up until 1981: studied architecture at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH). 1981: founded the architectural practice Bollhalder & Eberle in St. Gall. President of the Häggenschwil Control Committee. Married. Father of five children. Golfer and a lot more.
